Mindy Sherwood

President – North America and Chief Sales Officer

Mindy leads P&G’s North America business, the Company’s largest and most profitable region which accounts for more than 50% of net sales. Her organization serves 385 million consumers in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, including sales and go-to-market strategy, brand building, human resources, IT and supply chain for the region. Mindy has also served as Chief Sales Officer since 2021, leading strategy and capability for P&G Sales across all regions and categories to deliver a superior retail experience for shoppers and value and growth for P&G and our retail partners .

Since joining P&G, Mindy has held numerous roles spanning retail customers, categories, and geographies. Most recently she led P&G’s global Walmart business which was an engine of growth under her leadership. She oversaw P&G’s Nordics’ business from Stockholm and led Central Europe Operations while in Budapest. She’s worked in categories from Beauty to Baby & Family Care to Food & Beverage—and has also directed P&G’s business with Kroger.

Mindy is a champion for building and leveraging high performing end-to-end organizations. She is passionately involved in creating a diverse and inclusive culture that serves all consumers, advocating for holistic wellbeing, and developing people to deliver breakthrough results. Her leadership philosophy is about encouraging team members to be their best in the arena every day.

A native of Michigan, Mindy enjoys hiking, mountain biking, HYROX training, reading and baking. She and her husband have two children.
